Dr. R.L.N. Renuka, Consultant –Infertility is well known for her clinical expertise and her vast knowledge of infertility problems and their latest treatments. She did her MBBS from Rangaraya Medical College followed by post-graduation in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam.
She has been rendering her services in the field of Obstetrics and Infertility for more than 10 years and has worked in many reputed hospitals in Hyderabad. She did her Fellowship in Infertility from the prestigious Women Centre Hospital, Coimbatore under Dr. Mirudhubhasini Govindarajan; thereafter started her practice as an infertility specialist exclusively.
Dr. Renuka is well trained in infertility & IVF treatments. Her areas of special interest are PCOD, Endometriosis, recurrent miscarriages, and poor ovarian reserve. Her expertise also includes IUI, IVF, ICSI, TESA and PESA. She has a great reputation for her professional ethics and her dedication towards her patients. She is part of many infertility related research projects.
She believes that we should learn from the western scientific literature but at the same time we should do research to identify the problems which are unique to our own Indian population. This she believes will help the infertility specialists to develop customized treatments to Indian patients. She was part of the study about “increased prevalence of diminished ovarian reserve in South Indian population”.
She believes in constantly updating academic knowledge and she regularly participates in national and international conferences. She has also presented posters at International conferences like IFFS in 2016 and ACE 2017.
