Dr. Sirisha Rani, did her MD Pediatrics from Premiere Institute PGIMER, Chandigarh and has been awarded as the best outgoing student. Subsequently did DNB from National Board of Examination. Worked at St Johns Hospital and then in Kidwai Memorial Cancer Institute, Bangalore as a senior resident.

Following which, to pursue further training in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology and BMT went to the United Kingdom. In the UK, she worked in Prestigious institutes like Great Ormond Street Hospital, London; Bristol Children’s Hospital, Bristol and Cardiff University.

Currently working as Senior Consultant in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology and BMT in Rainbow children’s Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Recognizing the complete spectrum and number of pediatric oncology and hematology cases seen in the department of pediatric hematology-oncology, rainbow children’s hospital has been accredited for FNB training programme in pediatric hematology-oncology by the National Board.

Dr. Sirisha Rani has many National and international publications to her credit and data of AML, ALL and Solid tumors treatment outcomes have been presented in International forums like SIOP 2014 and 2016, PHOCON and St Jude Viava Forum. She conducts regular PG training programs and CMEs in Pediatric Hematology & Oncology for practicing pediatricians and nurses.

Being the central India executive member of the National Pediatric Hematology-Oncology (PHO) society, zonal coordinator for these training programmes. She also conducted the Midterm National conference of PHO in July 2016.
