Dr. N Suresh, Senior Consultant – General Pediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology & Allergy, has an exemplary academic background and career in medical practice. Having done his graduation from Stanley Medical College, Chennai, he worked as Senior Resident in the Pediatrics department at Southern Railway Hospital, Perambur, Chennai. He later went on to do DNB (Pediatrics) from Kanchi Kamakoti Child Trust Hospital. He was awarded Postgraduate Diplomate in Adolescent Pediatrics from Kerala University in 2006.

He worked at Kanchi Kamakoti Child Trust Hospital since 2007 in the Department of Pediatrics and Pediatric Allergy since 2017. In between, he completed his MRCPCH (UK), MNAMS, PhD in Pediatric Pulmonology (Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai) and Diploma in Allergy and Asthma (University of Colorado, USA).

In his long flourishing career, Dr. Suresh has wide teaching experience as well with more than 10 years of postgraduate teaching. He’s also been an examiner. He is a close participant in the Indian Association of Pediatrics’ activities. Among the many of which, he is currently the Executive Board Member of IAPCCB and also the editor of the IAPCCB Newsletter. He has won many accolades in this long span of medical practice, has participated and made a presence as guest faculty in many medical conferences and workshops and has, to his credit, many published articles and papers in medical journals. His achievements and experience speak volumes about his dedication and commitment to his profession.
