Dr. Vishal JanardhanKole completed his DCh from Delhi University followed by DNB in Paediatrics from Chacha Nehru BalChikitsalaya, Delhi. He has 8 years of experience in Paediatrics and Neonatology. After postgraduation, he was accepted for RCPCH Fellowship in Neonatology at St Michael's Hospital (Bristol, UK) which is a Regional Neonatal Care Unit for South-West England and Wales. During his training, he gained experience in managing extreme preterm babies (>22 weeks), and critically ill cardiac, surgical and neurosurgical neonates.

He has completed a certification course in Neonatal Echocardiography and Neonatal Neurology. He has also done a one-year fellowship in Neonatal Transport including air transport. He has completed a Diploma in UK Medical Practice (Liverpool, UK) and is actively involved in the training of nurses and junior doctors. His areas of interest are Extreme Prematurity, Critical Congenital Heart Diseases, Developmentally supportive care and infection control. He is a firm advocate of Evidence-Based Neonatal Practice. He is currently available at Rainbow Children's Hospital, Visakhapatnam.
