Dr. Ajay is an alumnus of the Mysore Medical College and Research Institute, Mysore, and completed his post-graduation from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He has a TN-MGR university-recognized fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology from the Christian Medical College, Vellore.

Completed training in various modalities of kidney replacement therapy including CRRT. He is an expert in the management of Nephrotic syndrome, Tubular disorders and has a keen interest in intensive Nephrology and renal transplantation. He has presented papers in international scientific conferences and has a publication in national journals.

His special interest is in renal tubular disorders. He is a member of the International Pediatric Nephrology Association, the Indian Society of Pediatric Nephrology, and the Indian academy of pediatrics.
