Dr. Nishitha Peddininti is a skilled Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 12 years of experience in women’s healthcare. She is currently working as a Consultant at Rainbow Children’s Hospital & BirthRight, Hyderabad (since 2023).
She completed her MBBS from Gandhi Medical College, followed by internship training at Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad. She pursued her MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Mamata Medical College and completed her Senior Residency at Niloufer Hospital, Hyderabad.
Before joining Rainbow Hospital, Dr. Nishitha worked for 6 years as Civil Assistant Surgeon – Specialist and later as an Assistant Professor in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Government Medical College & Hospital, Nizamabad, a busy tertiary care referral center. During this period, she gained extensive experience in high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecological conditions, along with advanced surgical exposure in a high-volume clinical setting.
Dr. Nishitha has completed a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) and routinely performs advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries for conditions such as AUB, uterine fibroids, uterine polyps, and ovarian cysts with a strong focus on patient safety, minimally invasive techniques, and faster recovery.
She is also trained in vaginal gynecological surgeries including vaginal hysterectomy and NDVH.
She has completed her Fellowship in Infertility and provides comprehensive, evidence-based evaluation and management for couples with infertility.

• High-risk pregnancy management including preeclampsia, eclampsia, gestational diabetes, preterm labor, twin/multiple pregnancy, placenta previa , PPH and medical disorders in pregnancy (SLE, heart disease, renal and liver disorders)
• Normal vaginal delivery, VBAC, and cesarean section
• Advanced laparoscopic & hysteroscopic surgeries for fibroids, endometriosis, uterine polyps, ovarian cysts, etc.
• Vaginal hysterectomy, NDVH, and pelvic floor repair surgeries
• Infertility evaluation and treatment, including PCOS, ovulation disorders, and fertility planning
