Dr. Vijayanand Jamalpuri is an alumnus of Osmania Medical College, with an MD in Pediatrics from Niloufer Hospital, Hyderabad. With an extensive career spanning nearly a decade in the United Kingdom and a two-year tenure in New Zealand, he pursued advanced studies in pediatrics and neonatology.

With over 20 years of dedicated experience in Pediatrics and Neonatology, Dr. Vijayanand specializes in caring for extremely preterm infants, critically ill neonates, and unwell children. As a passionate medical educator, he advocates for translational learning and has played a pivotal role in promoting simulation-based learning for enhanced patient safety in India. He serves as faculty for DNB Paediatrics, Fellowship in Neonatology, and the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), simulation-based courses and faculty development program in simulation.

Dr Vijayanand is an examiner for MRCPCH and Fellowship in Neonatology. Additionally, he serves as a reviewer for peer-reviewed journals and has earned accolades for his presentations at regional, national, and international forums. He is listed among the best doctors of South India by Outlook and India Today in the year 2023
