The Senior most Audiologist and Speech language pathologist with 6 years’ of experience in dealing children with all kinds of child developmental disabilities, and adult language disorders. Dr. Sukanya had done her PG from JSS Institute of speech and hearing (Mysore University). Dr. Sukanya passionate with respect to her field. Dr. Sukanya involvement in speech during past six years has helped her grow and also helped her become open new experiences and challenges that she come across in the field.
Dr. sukanya experience has been very diverse. She have dealt with issues ranging from interacting with children with special needs to managing issues faced in adolescent year’s .Her interest lies in the field of child and adolescent speech and language disorders and she feel her experience and her skills will be an asset for our organization.
Dr. Sukanya says that not having speech and doesn't no how to make a communication with others will impact more on our day to day life because that is the only way were we can express our feelings and will to the society . Now coming to the children's when they doesn't have the speech they use many other ways to express there needs to us by gestures ,showing wanted or unwanted behaviour or by crying just to ensure others they want say something but they dosent have the knowledge about the vocabulary . There are so many other factors which shows impact on children's life that’s the reason we do suggest and know about there pre and post natal history, family background and marital status, child's milestones .
Dr. Sukanya manages patients with Delayed Receptive and Expressive speech language skills, Stammering, Normal Non Fluency , Echolalia, Voice cases ,Articulation, Autism, ADHD, Aphasia, Dyslexia, Intellectual disability, Social communication disorders, Down syndrome , OPT, and Counselling .
