Dr. Shruti Kotapalli is a dedicated Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist, committed to providing specialized care for children with respiratory and sleep-related disorders. Her medical career began with an MBBS at MR Medical College, Gulbarga, followed by a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. She went on to complete her DNB in Pediatrics from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital in Delhi, gaining comprehensive training in child health. To pursue her passion for respiratory medicine, Dr. Kotapalli undertook a Fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, where she acquired advanced expertise in managing complex pediatric lung diseases. Further enhancing her skills, she earned a Diploma in Pediatric Sleep Medicine, equipping her with unique expertise in diagnosing and treating childhood sleep disorders.
Her key areas of interest include childhood asthma, allergies, and wheezing disorders Chronic lung diseases such as bronchiectasis and cystic fibrosis Pediatric interstitial lung disease and rare lung disorders Pediatric sleep medicine – obstructive sleep apnoea, insomnia bronchoscopy long-term ventilation and management of neuromuscular respiratory disorders With her strong academic foundation and fellowship training, Dr. Shruti Kotapalli combines evidence-based medicine with compassionate care, ensuring that every child receives personalised treatment to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
