Dr. Naresh Lal is a highly experienced Pediatric Intensivist currently serving as Consultant at Madhukar Rainbow Children's Hospital. Prior to this he was a Senior Consultant in Pediatric Intensive Care at BLK-MAX Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi. With extensive expertise in managing critically ill children, he has dedicated his career to advanced pediatric critical care, intensive care procedures, and life-saving interventions. He completed his FNB in Pediatric Intensive Care from Apollo Children’s Hospital, Chennai, where he gained specialized training in Pediatric ICU, neonatal and pediatric cardiac post-operative care, hemato-oncology ICU, and pediatric transplant critical care.
Dr. Lal has rich clinical experience in handling complex cases involving multiorgan dysfunction, respiratory failure, septic shock, ECMO, CRRT, HFOV, and post-cardiac surgery intensive care. He is also skilled in pediatric emergency procedures such as intubation, central venous access, invasive monitoring, and procedural sedation. Apart from his clinical excellence, he actively contributes to medical education through workshops, CMEs, and training programs for doctors and nursing staff. He has several publications and presentations in reputed pediatric critical care journals and conferences. Dr. Lal is associated with multiple professional organizations and currently serves as Secretary of the Pediatric Critical Care Foundation of Delhi. His compassionate patient care approach and strong academic background make him a trusted name in pediatric intensive care.
