Dr. Monisha R is a highly qualified and experienced neonatologist with a strong academic and clinical background in newborn care. She completed her MBBS from Madras Medical College, followed by an MD in Pediatrics and a DM in Neonatology from the prestigious Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh.
She is proficiently trained in bedside point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) for neonates and is certified in conducting Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development assessments for high-risk neonatal follow-up. She has authored multiple publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals and has been an invited speaker at several national and state-level pediatric and neonatology conferences.
With a strong track record in managing critically ill newborns, extremely preterm infants, and complex neonatal conditions, Dr Monisha is also a certified National Trainer in the Neonatal Resuscitation Programme (NRP) and has actively trained numerous postgraduate students and practicing physicians in life-saving neonatal care.
