Total 28 years- Registrar in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Westmead Hospital and Community Health Services. On returning, served as Consultant Neonatologist for 12 years in Chennai (KKCTH)
3 years in Delhi, 3 years in Hyderabad and 4years in Vellore. She has helped in setting up Level 3 Tertiary care neonatal units in these different places and been in the field for around 28 years.
She worked as a senior Consultant in SIMS (SRM Institutes for Medical Sciences) as Senior Consultant, Neonatology and Pediatrics from Oct 2015 till date. This is a 6 bedded Level 3 NICU attached to a IVF center with facilities for ventilation, HFO, Nitric Oxide, Post-operative newborn care. She does antenatal counselling, follow up of high risk newborns.. She also treats Pediatric patients and does immunization also.
