Dr. Shruthi Jayapal is a Pediatrician with specialized training in Pediatric Infectious Diseases. She completed her DCH from Government Medical College, Madurai, followed by DNB in Pediatrics and a Fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases from the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP).
With a strong foundation in general pediatrics and advanced training in infectious diseases, she has a special interest in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of infections in children. Her areas of interest include complex and recurrent infections, antimicrobial stewardship, vaccination and preventive care.
Dr. Shruthi believes in providing evidence-based, compassionate, and individualized care to every child. She places strong emphasis on early diagnosis, appropriate investigations, rational antimicrobial use, and effective communication with parents and caregivers.
