She completed her MBBS from Dr. PSIMS & RF, Vijayawada, MD in General Medicine from Guntur Medical College, and DM in Endocrinology from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati. Dr. Mani has worked with reputed healthcare institutions including Apollo Hospital, Seshadripuram, Chinmaya Mission Hospital, Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, and SVIMS, Tirupati. During her tenure at Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, she independently established the Department of Endocrinology and actively organized and chaired Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs. Her clinical expertise includes comprehensive management of Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, thyroid disorders, thyroid disorders during pregnancy, parathyroid diseases, obesity, metabolic disorders, and other hormonal conditions. She is experienced in the use of Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS) and provides evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals with endocrine disorders. Dr. Mani believes in holistic disease management through patient education, lifestyle modification, and individualized treatment plans. She has received several academic distinctions, including the Best Outgoing Student award in MBBS and a Gold Medal in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, and General Medicine. She has also contributed to medical literature through research publications in reputed journals, including the Indian Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism and the European Thyroid Journal.
