She completed her MBBS from Grant Medical College, Mumbai, followed by an MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from Government Medical College, Surat. She further pursued a Fellowship in Fetal Medicine at the Adi Advanced Centre for Fetal Care, Bengaluru, where she gained expertise in advanced fetal ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, first-trimester screening, fetal anomaly scans, growth assessment, Doppler studies, and fetal interventions. Dr. Prerna also received extensive clinical training at PGIMER, Chandigarh, where she worked for three years managing high-risk pregnancies, fetal assessments, prenatal care, and multidisciplinary maternal-fetal cases. She is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for expectant mothers and unborn babies, ensuring timely diagnosis and individualized pregnancy management. Her approach combines advanced fetal imaging technology with compassionate patient care to optimize maternal and fetal outcomes. Dr. Prerna has a special interest in fetal well-being assessment, genetic screening and counselling, early detection of congenital anomalies, and management of high-risk pregnancies. She believes in empowering families through clear communication, accurate diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment throughout pregnancy. She is certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF), UK, in First-Trimester Advanced Scans and actively participates in professional organizations dedicated to fetal medicine.
