Bhoomika C is a dedicated Clinical Dietitian with expertise in food nutrition and dietetics and a strong commitment to improving the health and well-being of women, children, and individuals with diverse nutritional needs. She holds a Master's degree in Food Nutrition and Dietetics from M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bengaluru. With professional experience in clinical nutrition, Bhoomika specializes in providing evidence-based nutritional counselling, personalized diet planning, and medical nutrition therapy tailored to each patient's health condition and lifestyle. She currently serves as a Clinical Dietitian, where she works closely with obstetricians, paediatricians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive nutritional care for pregnant women, new mothers, and children. Her expertise includes developing individualized nutrition plans for patients with gestational diabetes, anaemia, postpartum recovery, and other maternal health conditions.
She is passionate about educating patients on healthy eating habits and preventive nutrition, conducting one-on-one consultations as well as group education sessions to promote long-term wellness. During her internship at Aster CMI Hospital, she gained valuable experience in nutritional assessment, therapeutic diet planning, patient counselling, and collaborative clinical care. Bhoomika has also contributed to nutrition research through a project on probiotic yogurt bites, focusing on innovative functional foods with enhanced nutritional benefits. She is known for her compassionate approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to translate complex nutritional concepts into practical dietary recommendations. Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi, she effectively communicates with patients from diverse backgrounds and is committed to empowering individuals to achieve better health through balanced nutrition and lifestyle modifications.
