Dr. Nagapratheek DG
is a highly skilled Consultant Neonatologist and Pediatrician with over 15
years of international clinical experience spanning India and the United
Kingdom. He has served in prominent consultant roles at Leeds Teaching
Hospitals and several NHS Trusts, including the prestigious Sheffield
Children’s Hospital. With comprehensive expertise across pediatric and neonatal
care, Dr. Nagapratheek specializes in neonatal intensive care and the
management of extreme preterm and high-risk newborns. His clinical practice is
deeply committed to patient safety, evidence-based medicine, and compassionate,
family-centred care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for his tiny patients
and their families.
He
completed his MD in Pediatrics and Fellowship in Neonatology in India, followed
by advanced postgraduate training and consultant-level practice in the UK. He
holds a CCT in the UK and was awarded the prestigious FRCPCH in 2024. In
addition to his specialist medical training, Dr. Nagapratheek holds a PG
