Dr. Preetam Mohanty is a Consultant Pediatrician and Pediatric Nephrologist at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. He has over 6 years of experience in pediatrics, including vaccination, management of respiratory illnesses, and other common pediatric conditions. He is passionate about providing compassionate and comprehensive care to children.
Dr. Preetam completed his MBBS from SCB Medical College, Odisha, followed by an MD in Pediatrics from LTMMC Sion Hospital, Mumbai. He has also worked as a Senior Resident at Wadia Children’s Hospital, Mumbai. He completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at St. John’s Medical College and Academy of Health Sciences and currently practices as a Consultant Pediatric Nephrologist.
He has expertise in managing a wide range of kidney problems in children, from newborns through 16 years of age. His areas of expertise include managing nephrotic syndrome, blood in the urine, kidney stones, bedwetting, dialysis services for children, chronic kidney disease, and congenital or birth-related kidney defects.
