Abrarali Dalal is the Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Children's Hospitals, where he leads the organisation's next phase of growth with a focus on expanding access to world-class maternal, pediatric and fertility care across India. He works closely with the clinical and leadership teams to strengthen Rainbow's position as India's leading healthcare network dedicated to women, children and fertility.
With over two decades of leadership experience in healthcare, Abrar is recognised for building and scaling high-performing healthcare organisations. His expertise spans strategic growth, hospital operations, business transformation, network expansion, clinical programme development, digital transformation, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led healthcare organisations through periods of transformational growth by expanding hospital networks, strengthening clinical capabilities, driving operational excellence, and building sustainable, high-performing businesses. He has been instrumental in establishing Delhi's first dedicated children's hospital at Malviya Nagar, strengthening access to specialised pediatric care in North India. He has also played a key role in developing centres of excellence, attracting leading clinical talent, modernising healthcare infrastructure, and enhancing patient-centric service delivery. In his previous assignment he delivered a close to 7x valuation growth for Sahyadri Hospitals over 6 years working closely with Private Equity companies like Everstone Capital and Ontario Teachers.
