Pediatric Neurology

Tertiary pediatric care is incomplete without pediatric neurology in its arsenal.

The department is headed by Dr. Lokesh Lingappa.

Pediatric Neurology is a rare subspecialty in India. Dr. Lokesh has undergone Pediatric Neurology training in NIMHANS which is India's reputed center for Neurology and has done his fellowship training in Pediatric Neurology in The United Kingdom (UK).

The Department of Pediatric Neurology and Neuro Rehabilitation at Rainbow Hospitasl is supported by in-house CT scan, in-house-EEG, Video EEG, EMG, NCS, VEP facilities. A separate Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is already in place to support the neurology unit.
